Nancy brings over 30 years of experience in both Catholic and public education and is committed to academic excellence, collaborative leadership and the spiritual formation of students and faculty. She most recently served as Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction at St. Mary Magdalene School where she was the school lead for the Cognia Accreditation (2024-2025 school year) and collaborated in a core team to strengthen the school’s SEOP (School Emergency Operation Plan).
Nancy is a proud graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High School, Saint Mary's College, and the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership through the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. In addition to holding her North Carolina school administrator’s license, Nancy is licensed as an AIG (academically and intellectually gifted) K-12 instructor. She also recently completed training in Youth Mental Health First Aid and initial training in the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), further deepening her commitment to fostering resilient school community and supporting students, faculty, and families through trauma-informed and relationship-centered leadership practices.
