A wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself into the social justice teaching of our Christian,
Franciscan tradition – a tradition that is foundational for much of what we do at this parish.

Are you searching for more meaning in your life? Are you attracted to Pope Francis’ witness? Are you hungry for companionship and belonging? If you answered “yes,” JustFaith might be what you are looking for. JustFaith is an adult formation program that focuses on discipleship of Jesus and God’s call to live with justice and compassion in a world scarred by poverty and ecological damage in what Pope Francis calls a “throwaway society.”

JustFaith participants meet weekly for 24 weeks (late-September through mid-April) in a small group of 8 to 15 people. Participants are invited to a lively and challenging process of spiritual transformation through books, videos, discussion, prayer, retreats and meetings with people experiencing poverty and injustice.

Parishioners have used the words “transformational,” “life-changing,” “awesome,” and “worth-it!” to describe JustFaith.
By the time you complete JustFaith, we hope you will have a good sense of where and how you feel called to serve in the wider community, whether it’s living a simpler life, direct service of people in need, and/or participating in education or advocacy on particular social justice issues.
