All Fitness Classes are DVD guided.
While there is no fee associated with the class we ask all participants to please register which includes the waiver and Code of Conduct.
The classes take place in the Cupertino room of the Assisi Community Center.
Classes run from September thru May.

Yoga is an excellent way to increase Concentration, Flexibility, Posture, and Balance.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This is a DVD Guided Class.
This class takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 8:00-9:00 am
This is a barbell class, so you will sculpt, tone and strengthen your body as it challenges all of your major muscle groups.
In a Typical Class you will: Improve your strength; Perform 70-100 repetitions per body part totaling up to 800 repetitions;
shape and tone your muscles; Protect your bones and joints from injury; get into shape fast; feel confident.
Please bring your own weights with you. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a DVD Guided Class.
This class takes place on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00-10:00 am
