This class takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 8:00-9:00 am in the Cupertino Room of the Assisi Community Center.
Classes run September thru May.
Yoga is an excellent way to increase Concentration, Flexibility, Posture, and Balance.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This is a DVD Guided Class.
While there is no fee associated with the class we ask all participants to please register thru Realm which Includes the waiver and Code of Conduct.
