Love coffee? Need an outlet to express your inner-barista? Volunteer at the Assisi Café!
We’re always in need of individuals or groups to help us manage the day–to-day service of coffee shop. It’s a great way to meet new people, socialize with friends and make a gift of your time to the St. Francis community. You will work side-by-side with the renowned community center staff baristas who will show you the ropes and teach you the secrets of great coffee and the latest (and hippest) barista lingo and moves – an education you can get nowhere else.
And don’t worry – we won’t ask you to make a venti double half caf chai soy no-whip extra foam skinny two shot three pump vanilla low fat caramel mochachino Americana machiado latte. We promise . . . . we don’t have any soy.
Need another reason to volunteer? We serve fresh donuts and muffins from Daylight Donuts every Sunday!
Come join us at the Cafe.
