STEPHEN MINISTERS are volunteers who offer confidential Christian care to those who are experiencing stress, grief, transition in life, or other needs. They offer empathetic listening, prayerful support, and other resources and referrals as needed. Stephen Ministers commit to 50 hours of initial training and on-going supervision and education twice monthly during two years or more of service.
