RESERVE ONE OF OUR ROOMS
2 Easy Steps to Reserving a Room at St. Francis:

Verify the room availability of the room you want.

Use the Room Reservation Form. No phone reservations will be accepted. You will be notified by email only if there is a problem with your reservation. You are advised to check Room Availability anytime after the next Friday update to confirm your reservation.
* Special note on reserving rooms for repeat dates. When requesting repeat days of a reservations in a date range please communicate the dates that you do not want reserved. For Example: Every Monday from 10/10/2006 to 12/31/06 except form 11/27 and 12/27. This example reservation implies that the reservation is for every Monday but they will not need the room on 11/27 or 12/25.

FACILITIES LEASE AGREEMENT. If you are not a designated ministry of our parish, you must complete this Lease Agreement by printing, completing the form, signing and mailing to St. Francis of Assisi , ATTN: Facilities Manager, 11401 Leesville Rd Raleigh, NC 27613 or you may drop this envelope in the brass mail slot at the Welcome Center near the ministry mailboxes adjacent to the receptionist desk.
