Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council of the Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi is a representative group of parishioners who, through consensus, serve as a consultative body to the Pastor. The Council is a strategic thinking and planning group that guides and fosters the implementation of the Parish Mission Statement.

Finance Council
The Finance Council offers its technical expertise to the parish on fiscal matters including, but not limited to, financial systems and procedures, financial reports and financial budgets, plans, and forcasts. The Council of parishioners aids and advises the Pastor and the Director of Parish Operations concerning the administration of Parish funds and other assets within the limits of the Code of Canon Law and the directives of the Bishop.

School Advisory Council of The Franciscan School
The School Advisory Council assists and advises the Principal of The Franciscan School and the Pastor in implementing policies, regulations and long range plans as stated in the Catholic Schools Administrative handbook issued by the Diocese of Raleigh. The Council assists in the development of an ongoing assessment of the school's performance within the context of the total education mission of the parish.

Early Childhood Learning Center Advisory Council
