This class takes place on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00-10:00 am
in the Cupertino Room in the Assisi Community Center.
This is a barbell class, so you will sculpt, tone and strengthen your body as it challenges all of your major muscle groups.
In a Typical Class you will:
Improve your strength;
Perform 70-100 repetitions per body part totaling up to 800 repetitions;
shape and tone your muscles;
Protect your bones and joints from injury;
get into shape fast;
Please bring your own weights with you.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This is a DVD Guided Class.
There is no cost associated with this class.
