You have the power to change history for people who are hungry.  The Franciscan Coalition will host Bread For the World in a letter-writing workshop. This workshop will provide advocacy training so that all of us can make a difference in the lives of those experiencing hunger.  This year Bread for the World's annual offering of letters is focused on supporting tax credits designed to deliver billions of dollars of assistance to working families struggling to put food on the table.

The last date you could donate to be eligible was Saturday, January 30th. We need 30-40 volunteers to help with the drive as well.  Look for signup tables in the Stewardship Center 3/6-21. 

Assisi Scripture Study
Beginning April 15, 2010
7:30pm - 9:00pm in Anthony Hall Conference Room
Isaiah's words to Israel emphasize God's holiness and care for those oppressed in society. Allow Israel's prophets to challenge you to greater holiness and compassion.  This is a 13 week participatory study. Materials cost $20 payable at the first session.
